Successful team presentation and contract news
On Wednesday 27 September, the Reggeborgh speed skating team presented their long-track speed skating and marathon skating teams for the 2023-2024 season under great interest from family, guests, sponsors and press.

The presentation, which was hosted by comedian Rob Kamphues, focused on the skaters' sporting achievements, but also on the charities that the Reggeborgh Foundation supports and to which the skaters are also committed.
Contract through to 2026 Winter Olympics
There was contract news for Patrick Roest and Marcel Bosker, who have both signed a new contract that keeps on the team through to the Milan Winter Olympics of 2026. There were also new contracts for coaching staff, with Robin Derks and Dennis van der Gun committing to the team until after the2026 Milan Games.
The team’s skaters are now gearing up for the first races, with the first marathon scheduled for 21 October in Groningen and the long-track skaters set to compete in World Cup qualifiers on 27-29 October.
